Every Nurse a Leader

by Nursetopia on May 21, 2012

It doesn’t matter if you’ve been a nurse for 40 years or 4 days. Every nurse is a leader. Once you earn the title of “nurse,” people trust you.

I write about this topic a lot because I see nurses underestimating their roles and responsibilities often. From the c-suite to the bedside, nurses are leaders, wherever they serve.

If only we all understood that concept. If only we all acted like the leaders people expect us to be. Today is a new day.

Leadership awaits you.
